I have been an licensed Amateur Radio Operator since April 19, 2000. I try to work DX on all bands, every opportunity I have and enjoy receiving QSL 100%, either Direct,LOTW or by the Bureau, NO EQSL Please. Any stations worked requesting QSL from me, please send me your QSL card with a SASE or sufficient funds to cover postage and I will return one to you no problem.Thank you, look forward to receiving your QSL!
My HF equipment includes a , Yaesu Ft 2000D and a Kenwood TS 480 SAT & for a Microphone I have Heil Pro-set Plus. My antennas include a homemade 20M & 80M Dipoles & a OCF Multiband Dipole made by Buck Master, for HF bands up at 40ft. Also, I have an Imax 2000 Vertical with Ground Plane kit. I use it mainly for 17, 15,12, & 10 meters. For 6 meter activity, ( my Grid GO21FI), I use a V6-2A Half Wave Vertical at approx 40 ft.
I am also extremely active with my HF mobile setup, Kenwood TS480 SAT,and for antenna I use The Little Tarheel II screwdriver. For 2 meters I have the Portable handheld Yaesu VX-170. If you hear my station, please feel free to give me a shout when you hear my mobile call VO1TXC/M.
I just recently obtained a DV-DONGLE and am registered with the D-Star system and usually monitor VO1TZ, if you see me listed don't hesitate to give me a shout. I am looking forward to meeting many new hams on this mode of Communication.
