Direct QSL with Green stamp(s) or Valid IRC(s) , and a self-addressed envelope is recommended.

Current type IRC will expire shortly (31 December 2009). It can’t exchange stamps after the expiry date. As far as I understand, the new type IRC is available now, so please be reminded to enclose new type IRC on or before the expiry date for return of QSL card.
