VU3KRZ left for his heavenly abode on 07.06.2012 at 18:00 pm (Indian Standard Time) after a prolonged illness. He was a mentor and a Guru to many Hams . You will not find a kind, jovial and modest person like him. Here's a Newspaper article which appeared in the Malayalam Daily - Manorama on 21.10.2010. It elaborates on my contribution to Ham radio and heralding the communication revolution at Idukki district in Kerala state.
With Cabinet Minister - the late Mr. C.M.Stephen during his visit to Idukki, giving a demo on Ham radio Operations and the requirement of a Microwave tower at Idukki for enhancing telephone and public communications. It goes on record that within 6 months, the cabinet Minister, Mr C.M Stephen paved the way for the installation of the first Microwave tower at Idukki in 1983. My alternate QTH is at " Karimpanakkal House, Ramakrishnapadi, Lakkidi Post, Palghat District, Kerala".
