The Bristol County Repeater Association/Fall River Amateur Radio Club maintains their 70 cm repeater in Fall River, MA with the call sign W1ACT on 444.350 MHz with a + offset and PL of 88.5. The BCRA/FRARC is an ARRL affiliated club with meetings on the first Monday of every month (except on holidays, then it's the 2nd Monday) at 7PM at the Third Baptist Church, 260 Stafford Rd. in Fall River, MA.

The club holds several events each year. The most notable are the Martha's Vineyard Dx-Pedition, held on the first weekend in May to coincide with the New England QSO Party, Field Day, and other emergency practice drills.

The club is affiliated with Southeastern Massachusetts ARES/RACES and Fall River Emergency Management Agency.
