SEMARA, Inc. owns three acres of land at 54 Donald Street in Dartmouth, MA. Our clubhouse is situated about 100 feet back from Donald Street and consists of a main building erected in 1977 that houses the meeting hall, kitchen area, and rest rooms. Attached to the rear of the main building is our original clubhouse, a Quonset hut, erected in 1955 when the club first purchased the property. That hut presently houses the radio room and a storage area. A small cement block building houses our furnace. To the rear of the club buildings is a small storage shed and workshop.

In the rear of the property (in the woods) is a 180 foot high communications tower with our repeater antennas at the top. The tower is situated on a 100 X 100 square foot section of land leased to NETCOM, Inc., a communications site manager. NETCOM in turn sub-leases to various cellular providers and other companies in need of tower space. This arrangement provides a steady monthly income to the club.
