Click for more detail... SEMARA, Inc. owns three acres of land at 54 Donald Street in Dartmouth, MA. Our clubhouse is situated about 100 feet back from Donald Street and consists of a main building erected in 1977 that houses the meeting hall, kitchen area, and rest rooms. Attached to the rear of the main building is our original clubhouse, a Quonset hut, erected in 1955 when the club first purchased the property. That hut presently houses the radio room and a storage area. A small cement block building houses our furnace. To the rear of the club buildings is a small storage shed and workshop. In the rear of the property (in the woods) is a 180 foot high communications tower with our repeater antennas at the top. The tower is situated on a 100 X 100 square foot section of land leased to NETCOM, Inc., a communications site manager. NETCOM in turn sub-leases to various cellular providers and other companies in need of tower space. This arrangement provides a steady monthly income to the club. .......
