Hi and thanks for looking me up here on QRZ !

I've been a Ham since 1989. Originally from MA. I moved to FL, SC, MD and now I'm living in VA.

I was in the USMC from 1973/1975 and spent my tour in Washington DC.

Currently I'm running a Ten Tec Orion II through a Little Tarheel II hanging on my patiofence. Kinda chinsy but until I win the lottery and get that 50 acre antenna farm I'm stuck. I get out though and have as much fun as I can. I'm also running an SCS PTC-II Pro Data Controller.

ALWAYS QRP.

You will find me mainly on 80 meters, though 40, 30 & 20 are my 2nd, 3rd and 4th choices respectively.

I'm a member of FIST (12858), SKCC (6004), QRP-ARCI (13793),and NAQCC (0571).

If you'd like to set up a sched on CW or PSK31 or any of the PACTORs send me an email and we can work it out!

I also listen to 147.000, 147.300. 147.315 and 146.655 repeaters.

Steve / W1SMC
