Hello, and thanks for stopping by. My family and I live on the South Shore of Long Island , New York on the Great South Bay. I have a great wife and two wonderful sons, whom I hope to get involved in amateur radio when they get older. I'm an English teacher at a High School on Long Island as well. I have a BA and an MA in English Literature from Queens College CUNY. I am also a member of a local amateur radio club: Symbol Technologies Amateur Radio Club (STARC), and Secretary of LIARS (Long Island Amateur Radio Simplex), another Long Island group. I'm also a proud member of the Bull Net on 3928 LSB Since becoming a ham 6 years ago, my favorite mode for sending and receiving has become CW in the last 2 years or so, but I'm only proficient at about 13-15 wpm max. I would appreciate it if you would QRS for me. I am on the air almost every night at about 00:00 zulu to about 01:30 zulu, usually on 20M, 40m, or 30m CW, or 40m SSB. I hope to see you on the radio.
