Herald's Beacon operating camp at Mellish Reef. SSB tent on left, CW tent behind it. Orange tent is rest tent. Far left is lean to over generators.

We were supposed to be on Mellish Reef about 26 March until 10 April 2014 but got chased off by Cyclone Ita after five days of operations. We tried to give a totally new one to as many ops as possible and to emphasize the low bands and RTTY. The logs were uploaded to Club Log daily and to LoTW soon after we returned. See: http://www.vk9mt.com/

I operated as PJ7/W2LK in November 2013. Below, thePJ7Wteam, CQWW CW, November 2013.

All direct PJ7 QSL requests have been answered. I am a member of the North Jersey DX Association which manages the W2 QSL bureau so I encourage bureau requests which will be answered quickly after I receive them.

Receiving the PJ7W license from Angelo Meoslikan. L-R K2LE, K2SX, Angelo, W2LK. PJ7W operating position on the outdoor deck. The tarp is to keep the sea spray and rain off.

I was on Campbell Island from November 28 to December 9, 2012. It was a lot of fun and the adventure of a lifetime. I hope you worked us!

73, Les
