W3PP, first licensed as a Novice, KN3WUW in 1963, passed the General exam later that year. He became an Extra in 1965. Dallas was a member of the Nanticoke Amateur Radio club, The Potomac Valley Radio Club, and Frankford Radio Club and the Sussex Amateur Radio Association.
