I got my license in August 1953 at age 14. I have been a dx'er all my years on as a ham.

Also chase yl's on the air. Now have WAC-YL, YLCC and WAS-YL. At this time I need 5 more countries for DXCC-YL. I would appreciate YL skeds for these countries.

My equipment on hf is a IC 756 PRO 2, and Alpha 89. Antennas are 5 el on 15, 4 el on 20. WARC band 12, 17 and 30 is a Mosley 3el TA-33 XL.  10 and 40 are dipoles.  80 and160 are inverted v's.

I have 2 TS-2000 stations. First TS-2000 drives a Henry Tempo 6N2 for a kilowatt on 2 and 6 and a RF Concepts brick amp for 100 watts on 70 cm. Beams are M2 38 el on 70 cm, 17B2 on 2 meters and 6 el HyGain on 6 meters. The second TS2000 drives another Henry Tempo 6N2 to a M2 7 el 6 meter beam and a 10 el Cushcraft on 2.

All dx calls are entered into LOTW. For a stateside qsl please send a sase. Dx stations sae and $1.00. No irc's please. Local post office does not know what to do with them. Cards returned 99.9% in next days mail.

I do not use e-qsl and do not have enough turnover to use the bureau.

5 Element 15 meter and 4 element 20 meter HyGain antennas @75 and 87 feet.

17B2 2 meter Custcraft @52 feet, 21 element Cushcraft 70 Centimeter @ 57 feet and a 6 element HyGain @60 feet.

All antennas mounted on a Hazer that has an electric winch at ground level to raise and lower them.

Southwest view of valley below (800 feet above sea level) from the deck of my house (1300 feet above sea level).
