It all started in 1959 when I got my novice ticket as WV6IYK. Never have stopped enjoying the hobby. Operate now mostly 2 meter SSB and 6 meter SSB with some DX also on HF. Retired from the Air Force in 1981,spent most of my time on the C-130 aircraft. Enjoyed the time spent and made lots of friends while in the Air Force. Just making noise on the bands and hoping to work anybody I can. Using TS-790a on 2 meter SSB also on 432 SSB.TS-590s on 6 meter SSB and HF IC-746 on 2 meter FM

Using a 17b2 boomer for 2 meter. A 424B beam for 432 and a home brew 5 element beam for 6 meter SSB also using a 10 meter ground plane up at 30 feet and a 10-40 windom wire. Thanks forlooking 73 W4ITX
