W4QA is located in Mecklenburg County, North Carolina just north of Weddington (about 10 miles SE of Charlotte, NC) and is in grid square EM95ob. WD4AEI was QRV from Charlotte, NC in the 70s and 80s, while NR4M operated in Charlotte, various Virginia locations (including the Alma Mater location in Blacksburg, VA - Go Hokies!)  and both Silver Spring / Germantown, MD through the 90's.   W4QA has been Rush's call since 1997.
