Thanks for checking up on me! Callsign is W5OE due to an upgrade to Extra Class and a lucky win in the vanity call competition. Can be found on D-Star reflector 4B or the local digital repeater here in McAllen, TX; ND5N. Usually monitoring D-Star while mobile on an Icom 880-H, and the local frequencies on the HT.

On the HF side, I am running a Kenwood TS 440 with a G5RV antenna at 40 feet. An upgrade for my station is coming in the New Year! In January of 2014, I will shed my bare feet and start using a Clipperton L 1 KW amplifier I have acquired due to a lot of Good Ham friends here in the local club. Hope to make many more contacts in the future!! That is, hopefully more of you guys, and gals, will be able to hear me!

I will be listening! 73.
