I Discovered amateur radio while serving in the USAF. Attended Tech school at Keesler AFB in Biloxi MS. Electronics Fundamentals, radar sets and radar operator. I was stationed on various radar sites. After service I attended Louisiana State University, B. S. Chemistry. I began working for a local ready mix concrete company in 1958 and continued employment to date.

I am #1 Honor Roll DXCC SSB, DXCC RTTY. Totals SSB 357 Mixed 357. CW 244 and RTTY 289. For chalange 1234. I am an avid DX'er. Equipment include TENTEC Orion II, Elecraft K3, P3 and KPA 500 amp, JRC JST- 245,and SteppIR 4 element beam, 75 feet. Lately I have been after IOTA contacts and have723 confirmed.
