I have been a licensed 'ham' since 1950 starting with a VE1 call, then a VE3, then W4.  I recently "qsy-d" from Washington state to present qth in Arizona

The present working conditions are a Yaesu FT 450D to an MFJ 1290 vertical antenna (I'm in an "HOA" development.)  I also have a Yaesu FT857 for a back-up rig (I may go mobile again.)  I operate cw & sb, mainly on 20, 17, 15, & 12 meters.  I don't do contests, but sometimes chase dx.
