Wayne, Westinghouse Broadcasting, 50,000 Watts AM, 24 years 1973-1997.......Sunny 106 FM (WSHI), 6 years ( Program Director)....... WLPL-FM Radio, Baltimore, 2 years, '70-'72 (Program Director). Most recently, WMYQ-(MY Q101 FM) / WBZQ AM, in Fort Wayne, Huntington, & Warsaw IN. Recently retired from 45 year broadcasting career.

Former Billboard Magazine "Air Personality of the Year" finalist. Voted by Ft. Wayne's Journal Gazette newspaper Reader's Choice Awards,"Favorite Local Radio Personality" for 2003, and again 2004. Former Member of the Washington Redskins Marching Band for 8 years.(Still an avid, but depressed 'Skins fan).  Professional Musician in Washington, D.C., and Ft. Wayne, Indiana. Ron was first licensed in 1964 as WN3EQH in Washington, D.C. Alumni of Bethesda-Chevy Chase High School, Montgomery College, and The University of Maryland. Ron started his broadcasting career at the U. of Md. campus station WMUC in 1967. Member of the Fort Wayne Radio Club.

Ron was a Net Control Station for the Michigan Buzzard's Roost Net--Mon.-Sun. 5pm. Eastern ,on 3.930.  Also part time Friday morning Net Control on "The Little Red Barn Net" at 8:30 am. eastern time, on 3.820. And the WGN Broadcaster's net M-F on 7.210. We can usually be found hanging out late mornings on 40m and 17m phone. Looking forward to talking to You soon! 73
