First licensed as a Technician in 1972 as WA3SEE, I later upgraded to ADVANCED and eventually to EXTRA.

I have especially enjoyed HF QRP operation, and found QRP DXing the most rewarding aspect of the hobby.

I have worked over 100 countries QRP, and have WAC (endorsed for QRP CW).

In 2010 I retired from Motorola Inc. after spending 37 years in the Land Mobile Radio industry.

In 2012 I moved the QTH to Gettysburg, PA.

Above Photo shows my station in 1980...with Drake SSR-1 receiver and Ten-Tec Argonaut QRP rig when I operated from apartment in Maryland.

Below is station today.  Photo on right shows Field Day setup on Appalachian Trail, in Virginia, in the mid 1980's.

I prefer LoTW QSL's but will confirm any QSL sent via eQSL, the Bureau or direct.
