WB8YYY is the operator of a modest station located in Eldersburg Maryland.

Currently my HF antennas are (1) two element yagi derived from MA5B, (2) a Cushcraft R5 vertical, and (3) a Cushcraft MA8040 vertical for 80m and 40m which is about 8m tall, (4) a MA160V vertical for 160m about 12m tall, and an off-center fed dipole about 60 meters in length.  I am also using a short Beverage receiving antenna approx. 85m long.

My station consists of a Elecraft K2/100, an FT-950, some QRP rigs and a couple pieces of vintage Heathkit gear. Each winter I try to operate my HW16 (1960's rig I used as a Novice).

My ham radio interests include casual operation of several different modes and equipment building. While I do not have a strong station on the air I do appreciate all contacts. Especially if we have met on the bands I appreciate hearing from you also by e-mail. QSLs are appreciated via the buro and LOTW.  Please email me if I have forgotten to QSL (I am in process of printing cards just now).

My ham radio website is located at http://www.qsl.net/wb8yyy
