My name is Doug. I live in Granite Bay, CA. I got my Extra Class license 06/26/2008.  I like camping, fishing, hiking, geocaching, and pretty much anything else in the outdoors. I work at a college as a Systems Administrator/Computer Tutor. I'm 26 years old, and I got my license in 1994.  I enjoy 10 meters, and I'm awaiting the sunspots to make that band go.

Rig: Yaesu FT857D.  I run 100 watts or less most of the time. 

I have a tower trailer that I use for contesting, built in May of 2009.  I have a force 12 C3 beam on top.  It is about 36 feet tall.  I also have a 40 meter Vee and an 80 meter 120ft dipole attached right above the rotor.
