Hi name is Ed Rodriguez, been in Ham radio since the 70's my first call sign was WP4DSZ, Then Np4GD, now Wp4O, My main interest in the hobby is VHF/UHF Weak Signal work. My VHF/UHF Elmer is KP4EOR Dave Ternant.(Thanks Dave) My Novice Elmer was Kp4DJ Willie Werner and KP4CH Tom Banks. My other interest are HF CW operations. Current station Consist a ELECRAFT K3 with PR6 preamp and ACOM 1000 AMP 1KW on 160-6 meters. Yaesu FT 736r with 2/432/222/6 meters. 400 watts on 2, 300 watts on 432 and 150 watts on 222. I have a 300 watt brick for 6 meters. Also have a Yaesu FT 1000 and a ICOM IC 970H which will now be my main VHF/UHF set up. Antennas for VHF/UHF is a 4 element quad up 45 feet for 6 meters and 8 elements on 2 meters and 8 elements on 432. these three antennas are all on one boom and  for HF I use a Cushcraft MA5B beam and a G5RV and a Butternut HF6 vertical ground mounted.

Will be putting up new VHF /UHF antennas , made by GULF ALPHA

16 foot Yagi for 432 22 elements

8 element yagi for 2 meters  12 foot boom

12 element yagi for 222 12 foot boom

5 element yagi for 6 meters on a 17 foot boom.

these antennas should be up by the fall or early spring, I will keep the quad on a lower mast.
