Ham since I was 13 in 1954. Calls, chronologically, have been WN3CCQ, W3CCQ, K5IQA, W9NNQ, N5BFM, and, currently WS5N.

After retiring, I moved to a QTH selected, in part, for it's ham location: 20 acres for antennas high on a hill in a fairly rare state, county, and grid square. I will be playing with some wire antenna designs. You will often find me on 6 meters as I get settled in. If 6 is not open, you will probably find me operating near the MUF. I expect 30 meters to soon be on my favorites list, too.
