I’m new to Amateur Radio, got my Technician Class license in March 2007 & upgrade to Extra Class in April 2007. Over the last year I have been exposed to many facets of this hobby. I am thoroughly enjoying myself on HF. My favorite modes are SSB, PSK31 and RTTY. I’m a member of PODXS 070 Club #614. I also belong to European PSK Club EPC #2360, 10-10 International Net 10-10 #75008, the Digital Modes Club DMC #753, 30 Meter Digital Group 30MDG #250 and Feld Hell Club FH #951.

I have two sons who were also recently licensed Paul (KI6KIK) and Martin (KI6LWH).

Other hobbies: I am an instrument rated multi-engine commercial pilot and fly a Cessna 310R. I fly R/C airplanes/helicopters and enjoy sailing the waters off the coast of southern California on a Swan 48.
