I am a software developer for the Agilent Technologies research and development team in Santa Rosa, CA.

Your might have worked me "remote" recently. I've been helping develop the Remote Ham Radio service with a few other hams. There's a K3 sitting on my desk driving big towers on mountain summits in the northeast, thousands of miles away.

I enjoy working SSB on HF and making VHF/UHF satellite contacts. My CW is getting better every day. I especially enjoy operating QRP portable, often frequenting local mountain peaks to activate them for Summits On The Air. See which peaks I've activated so far.

A recent Summits On The Air activation. (More SOTA activation videos)
