Using this new callsign since July 10 2012, my previous callsign was XE1FZE

Thanks for visiting this site, I've been a licenced Ham since 1998 using XE1FZE call until July 10 2012, when I changed my call to XE1HG. My main activity is DX, sats and sometime contesting.

Try to be active in most of the bands and modes, including digital modes.

The HF station it's an IC-756 PRO III and FT857D, antennas for HF are a TH6DXX by Hy-Gain covering 10,15,20, a DK7ZB Duoband for 12/17m homemade and a rotative dipole for 40. For 80 and 160 meters use a couple of sloppers and 30m is a coaxial dipole.

6m is covererd with a homemade 6elLFA Antenna, and 1/4 GP vert. antenna. The rigs that I use mainly is the PRO3, but sometimes run the FT847 that works quite good also.

For SAT operations I use the FT847 yaesu rig and the antennas are for UHF I use the 436CP30 and for vhf the 2MCP14, both antennas for M2 Antenna Systems

When have the oportunity, I work sats portable. Equipment used is an Arow II portable antenna and Wouxun HT KGVUDP1. The software used to track the sat is HamSatdroid in a HTC EVO android phone.

QSL Info:

LoTW:I just got my LoTW account, and this is my preferred way to confirm. For recent contacts, I update my log regularly so you can have the confirmation sometimes in less than 24 hours.

Direct:North, Central and South America: SAE +1 US. Rest of the world: SAE+2US

Valid IRC instead of US dlls are OK but need to be valid, In other case bureau will be used.

E-QSL: For those who use it, I'm AG eqsl user also, so I confirm all the contacts beside the other methods.

Bureau:It will take years

I've been strugling with mail service, several options are now under revision, but meanwhile and now on, I will be posting the DIRECT qsl cards that I receive and the dates of the replays.
