YE1NZ is located in Bandung city (Locator OI33tc), about 100 miles South East of Jakarta, West Java Island (IOTA OC-021). Please be advised, if I suddenly disappeared from the air in the middle of QSO don't be alarmed, because power outage is a common occurrence over here. I will try to make every effort that our QSO is logged, otherwise we will have to work it again some other times. You can email me if needed or you can check the Club Log website (my log usually uploaded there within 24 hours of contact or whenever possible). Electricity and internet are not reliable here. While electricity can be out from 10 minutes to 4-5 hours long, the internet can be out for a day or two. It's a monthly occurrence, at least once for electricity and more frequent for internet. Please ONLY QSL through my homecall W7NZ (for paper QSL) and/or LoTW.
Please NO eqsl or NO YB bureau for this callsign.
LoTW QSO(s) is/are uploaded everyday, usually within minutes after contact and if the website is working properly. Otherwise, will have to wait until they're back online again. So, please be patient grasshopper :) If you're not an LoTW user, please do consider to sign up with the ARRL and it's a FREE service. More secure than eqsl and NO bogus/fake contacts. For those who are waiting my eqsl confirmation. Well, I am sorry to say to just keep on waiting, because there will be NO confirmation using eqsl service! Right now (if you're chasing for WPX) I am the only one, who is very active using YE prefix from call area 1, almost everyday. For those who has my LoTW confirmation and still wants to receive my paper QSL card(s) please let me know. Otherwise, the LoTW is the only confirmation that you will be receiving from me. Check your callsign here first before you sending a paper QSL to me, if you're not in my log I can't QSL you! The only exception if you're an SWLer.
Local stations may qsl directly to my temporary address in YB land (for limited time only). Jl. Pager Gunung 2, Bandung 40132, West Java, IndonesiaPictures of my QSL cards from back then, when I was holding the callsign YC1GCP. All the QSL cards were signed by the famous QSL manager F6FNU (SK)
