QSL POLICY: In 50 years of amateur radio, I collect over 27.000 QSL's from unique callsign (* see note) (~ 100.000 QSO's). So, in rare cases I need and send first my QSL. But I respect the amateur radio rule: "Send the QSL to anyone need it". So if you need my QSL send your first, and my reply 100%.
How? Get QSL via bureau, my QSL return via bureau. Get QSL direct without SASE, QSL return via bureau. Need QSL direct? Send your QSL with: Europe - SAE + 1 IRC or 1 green for SURFACE MAIL.Other continents - SAE + 2 IRC or 2 greens for AIR MAIL. My QSL in return 100% direct.
Romanian QSL BUREAU story: Your QSL's arrived via bureau, comming to me once or twice times on a year. How? YO3APG (SK 01.01.2012!) general secretary give my QSL's to ham X, ham X carry the QSL's to ham Y, ham Y located in other QTH as mine, and myself going to ham Y to get my QSL's, or expect an ham Z carry to me.
This is Romanian YO ingoing QSL bureau in 21 century. Thanks to YO7FT the ghost and incompetent president voted by FRR Council, not by roumanian amateurs.
In Romania is not existent an national outgoing QSL BUREAU. (Thanks also to YO7FT= FRR president ghost).
So, why I said via bureau? Because I am the outgoing bureau.Hi. All QSL's via bureau will be send by myself via surface mail, to your national bureau. But you must have be patient. I send once on a year (may be 2 or 3).
(*) Have collect over 27.000 QSL's (Additionaly over 5000 in digi modes) from a unique callsign. Some example as bellow:
2200 pieces from USA; 1450 from Japan, 2000 from Russia, 1200 from Romania, 2000 from Germany, 940 from Italy, 290 from Brazil, 280 from Australia, 200 from New Zealand, 352 from Canada and so on.
I do not need QSL's from Europe. So if you don't need my QSL please do not send yours.
