QSL Policy update: ------------------ The volume of QSL-s I am handling for my own activity (as YO9HP, YR9P, A45WD) is very high, therefore I am suggesting to follow the below guidelines:

- if one of my QSL-s is important for you, please send a direct request, 1 IRC (new type). Please do not send me stamps, neither Romanian, nor from anywhere else.

- if you prefer a bureau card, it is also OK for me, but please be patient. The outgoing bureau in Oman is closed, so I am using alternative bureaus, where the shipping quantity is limited.
