My first steps in the hobby is the city of Merida in the downtown.
the amateur ham radio is my passion, for more 30 years of action.

While all hams have some emergency communications capability, those who are particularly interested in the public service aspects of the hobby usually affiliate with an organized group for disaster specific training, quick mobilization and to practice emergency skills.
