My QTH is in Caracas at 1150 meters over sea level, my QSL is valid for Miranda State to the Venezuelan states award issued by the RCV (radio club Venezolano) futher info on http://www.radioclubvenezolano.org/
I borned in Caracas in september of 1976, I´m Civil engineer, I´m dedicated to the structural projects area but I also work in the telecomunication area. My hobbies are collecting post stamps, coins, paper money and phone used card forgein, so if you send me a QSL card you can enclose any of it to my collection (that would be welcomed!!) but my main hobby is the ham radio.
I has been haming since Agust 2004 like YY5EAH (class A), in september 2006 I upgraded my license. My main interest is the Dxing on HF SSB but since Octuber 2009 I`m also active on CW, RTTY and PSK31.
My working conditions are:
Rigs: FT 2000D for HF(main)
TS 2000 for HF and VHF(secondary)
IC 706MKIIG (secondary)
Power between 100W - 200W
Antenna: Cushcraft R8 on the top of a 18 stories bulding (6m thru 40m)
1/4 wave dualbander vertical for VHF and UHF
For Digital modes and CW:
-Rig Blaster Plus interface.
QSL policy (pse read carefully):
Due to few lost and huge delays in the RX of the QSL's in my box in the Venezuelan postal service, I decided move my RX address to the USA but I answer from Venezuela, for that reason if you send to me a direct QSL with postage, the US post stamps don`t work to me, so if you like to send postage pse send 2 US $ or a valid IRC.
The outgoing QSL from Venezuela always have been worknig pretty well so you don`t have to worry about it the problem have been in the incoming QSL's
I also use the Venezuelan buro that works pretty well them if you are not hurried and don't want to extra money, send your card to me via buro
E-QSL: sorry, I don't use it because is not valid for DXCC or WPX between others.
both ways would be confirmed as fast I receive your QSL.
