Actual working conditions: HF- Kenwood TS-440s and DXCC Dipole. (unless I plug another rig in the shack)

I do QSL, via Bureau, to every contact made, and hope to receive (at least) in the same way, I beleave in a QSL as a "FINAL COURTESY", and keep all my cards with pride.
