WSPR - Experimenting with various antennas on RX and sometimes also transmitting WSPR with a http://www.qrp-labs.com Ultimate3S (U3s) transmitter. The kitsets from QRP-Labs are very well done and a LOT of fun to experiment with.
Sometimes I am using two receivers and antennas on the same band. The WSPRnet spots are differentiated by the callsigns ZL1RS and ZL1SIX. Different 6 digit locators are used to separate the place markers on the WSPRnet.org map ... but the line dividing RF64vs and RF64vt runs through my property so both locators are accurate.
QSLing - I do not collect cards or awards but will reply to OQRS requests (preferred) or to direct QSLs as below ...
OQRS - To save the time, effort and stamp to send a card I don't need, use PayPal to send US$3 for return postage. My account is the e-mail address above. Enter the QSO details and your address in the 'note to recipient' section. I usually send an e-mail to acknowledge and post the card within a few days.
Direct QSLs - send a self addressed envelope (big enough for a 6"x4" photo-card please) and US$3 for return postage. IRCs are not accepted because the 'postal agency' in our small town no longer exchanges them.
Either way, you are welcome to e-mail me first to check the QSO is in the log.
I have log books and QSL cards for:
