QSLs - I do not collect cards or awards myself, but I will reply to QSL's that are received here directly with a self addressed envelope and a valid IRC or US$3 for return postage. (Sorry, the low value of the USD means US$2 is presently not sufficient to cover the high cost of international postage from ZL). I do the QSL chore once a month, so allow 6-8 weeks for a return.
