The 10m WSPR station running here is an FT-817ND with 1W to a HB 3 element Yagi.  The Yagi is on the same mast as my present 6m beam ... so the direction will change from time to time.

From time to time the radio is changed to 30m WSPR and running 1W into a 2 element quad beaming west.

13 to 28 July 2014 ... 2m EME DXpedition to American Samoa KH8.  Further info at: ZL1RS website
** KH8/ZL1RS QSL cards are printed. All DXpedition sponsor's cards were sent in mid-August and all direct QSLs have also been sent **

QSLs - I do not collect cards or awards myself but will reply to QSLs received directly with a self addressed envelope (big enough for a 6"x4" photo-card please) and US$3 for return postage.  Sorry, $2 is not sufficient because international postage from ZL is very expensive (card and postage cost $2.80).  Sorry, IRCs are not accepted because the 'postal agency' in our small town is reluctant to exchange them (it is not a full Post Office).

I have log books and QSL cards for:

  • 3D2RS - Fiji (2010)
  • 4L/ZL1RS - Georgia (2000-02)
  • 4S7CCG - Sri Lanka (1999, 2006-07)
  • 4X/ZL1RS - Israel (2005)
  • A35RS - Tonga (1984, 2009)
  • E51EME - South Cook Islands (2009, 2011-12)
  • E6RS - Niue (2012)
  • ET3AA - Ethiopia (2007-08) (QSLs for 2m EME only!)
  • HB/ZL1RS - Switzerland (1999)
