Operator Name here is Jason.

I have had this call since July 2002, when i upgraded from my old call sign of ZL2WJA.

I'm running a 40mtr/20mtr inverted "L" antenna up 30ft at the apex.

Also using a dipole for 20mtrs up at only 16 feet agl.

I only run 100 watts max on all bands.

My main rigs are Icoms IC756 PRO2's with a Heil headset pro-plus.

I am active on modes like SSB, FM , PSK31 , ROS, JT65, JT9, RTTY, OLIVIA, CONTESTIA, WSPR and the Opera dIgital mode.

Been having fun with JT65-HF and WSPR Modes running only 1watt great mode for qrp work and basic antennas.

Interface's i am using are the RigBlaster Plug and Play from West Mountain Radio in the States. (For the Digi-Modes).

Using a vertical antenna up 20ft on the 30mtr and 10mtr/12mtr bands.(old cb vertical, a stationmaster mk1).

The stationmaster vertical antenna  I  use on some of the digi-modes on 30mtrs such as PSK31 and WSPR , JT-65HF etc...

Just installed another vertical approx 20feet at base of vertical on a pole, tuned for the 27mhz/28mhz bands. (November 2014)

Active on 40/30/20/15/12/10 mtrs from home qth. (ssb and digimodes).

Also active at times on 2mtrs VHF  band (using a Yaesu FT7800R) , but mainly enjoy dx'ing on HF :)

The station no 2 in images below I mainly run digi-modes from, QRP modes like JT-65 and WSPR, PSK31 etc , on a dipole cut for 20mtrs.
I'm 40yrs old and a member of Branch 48 (ZL2JA) in Wanganui.

NOTE: Please no qsl's other than via EQSL.CC
