Mail remains very slow.
Normal to see an incoming post mark from US or Europe that is over a month old.
==========BEST TO USE LOTW and/or eQSL===========
For almost INSTANT PAPER QSLS we can now accept PayPal request: Use: firstname.lastname@example.org for PayPal payment.
Please be sure to include your call, qso data and mailing address.
Funds can be sent via PayPal remembering PaPal deducts 10% for it's service. IE, a PayPal payment of $5.00 will show as a deposit of $4.50 to my account. Truly sorry Paraguayan postage is so high (due to Dollar's value being so low).
We can print up to 8 QSOs on one QSL card. If more QSOs we will use more cards.
ZP6CW does not use the ZP bureau. High postage rate is hard for the club to support. At today's postage rate, us$3.70 only covers just the postage cost of a QSL sent to the US, a bit more for Europe and Asia. Remember I upload almost daily to LoTW and eQSL.
-----------PLEASE DO NOT SEND REGISTERED-------------------
Over twenty thousand 2010 QSOs have been sent a QSL via the bureau using www.globalqsl.com.
COMPLETED 15,745 QSOS IN 2013. ZP6CU HAS ANSWERED ALLDIRECT QSL REQUESTS. ALL PAYPAL QSLS HAVE BEEN MAILED.
That is ZP6CU answering incoming SASE requests in photo above. (She does antenna work too!).
