Hi, I am Adrian

I was born in 1996 and live in Polokwane, the provincial capital of LImpopo, the northern most province of South Africa.

I got my first license on 22 November 2011(ZU6A) this was a class B licens. I then decided to get my class A license(ZR6O) and received it on 14 July 2012

My father has been a ham since 1976. His current call is ZS6WN. My mother is Lizelle ZS6LZL and my older brother Karel ZU6KB

I like to work digital modes and sometimes I will do some phone.

In the shack we have an Icom 746 Pro as the main radio on HF and 50Mhz (6M) and also an icom 718. On vhf/uhf we have an icom 910H. We are currently waiting for the icom 7000 to come back after lightning got hold of it. The icom 7000 will be used in the car for when we are on the road.

On 160, 80 and 40M we have a German quad. On 10, 15 and 20M we have a TH7. For 50Mhz we have a 5el yagi and on 2M we have 2x 9el. The yagi’s are currently on a 18M tower

A new tower will be up hopefully in the near future that will take some of the antennas a 10M 5el yagi were also bought not too long ago. We are also planning on building a 2el for 40M.

I only QSL when I receive your QSL card, a envelope and a green stamp will be appreciated.

If you have any more questions you can send me a Email (abzr6o@gmail.com) and I will respond as soon possible.

Hope to meet you on the bands and Echolink.
