I do NOT reply to buro QSL cards but use a QSL manager, W2ARP and I upload to the ARRL's Lotw.

I spent 99% of my radio time on CW. Main band of interest is 160m.

If you think I owe you a card or did not receive one , please send me an email, I will check my logs and respond asap. NOT in Log = NO CARD
