I am a member of the Lehigh Valley Amateur Radio Club (W3OI) which is located in Allentown in the Lehigh County of Pennsylvania. Although a small club, we are very active! The LVARC's regular business meetings are held the first Tuesday of every month at the Tri-Clover Fire Company in Orefield, PA at 7:30 Eastern time. The LVARC maintains two 2-meter repeaters. They are 146.34/146.94 (PL 71.9) and 147.735/147.135 (PL. 167.9). The Lehigh County RACES/ARES net meets every Monday nght at 7:30 Eastern time on the 146.34/146.94 repeater. The LVARC also holds VE test sessions the third Friday of each month at the Red Cross building in Allentown, PA at 7:00 pm. Registration is necessary.
