Hello Hams, my name is Alvaro Gómez.

I'm RadioAmateur from nine years old. From that time I was operating with my father Álvaro Gómez Orduz, teaching me CW, Q Code, hearing weather bureau trafic, learning electronics and fixing radios. He was Radio Telegraphist licensed first class and RadioAmateur like HK3ATA past time. Now He is retired but I have this altruist Hobby.

My first years at radio activities I built my own first transmiter, but now with technology, it has lost.

I'm member of: Colombian RadioAmateur League "LCRA", American Radio Relay League "ARRL", Digital Modes Club (Member # 3124), Straight Key Century Club (Member # 6807), European Phase Shift Keying Club (Member # 11626), Croatian Telegraphy Club (Member # 2896), Belgium Digital Modes Club (Member # 3407) & The Ham Radio Nation (Member # 9508).

I Like to do good radio broadcasting, building and testing antennas. I have Radios like FT-747 and FT-840 from Yaesu, and TS-430S from Kenwood on my rig.

I'm Technician in Maintenance of Heavy Equipment for Mining (and SuperHeavy Equipment Operator) from The Cerrejon North Zone Coal Mining (placed at the middle of La Guajira), Technologist in Industrial Electronics with Oilfield Experience & Electronic Engineer. Now I work with labs management, teaching students, and researching, like Head of Electrical & Electronics Labs. at La Salle University on Bogotá D.C. Col.

If you got a QSO with me, thanks you for the opportunity to contact you.

QSL Via Bureau or Direct, LotW and eQSL.cc, but I prefer paper QSL.

All QSO's received any way, will be acknowledged reciprocal manner. I Send all my log's QSL by Bureau and Upload entire log to LotW, if you are registered on eQSL.cc, I will send you too.

Thanks you very much, 73, and Good DX's.
