My House. My Pass page

Ham op sence 1993, love cw. you can find me on 3.565 mhz cw most evenings sometime between 7pm and midnight PST.

I'm very proud of my wife Pat, kc7ufj. Her first QSL card is from the ISS, "International Space Satation",

We've QSO'd with them several times. See our picture on KC7UFJ ".

Thanks to my brother Mike kb7rgz(now AD7FG) and Tim turney n5nmc ( who worked with me at Weyrehauser )  for getting me started in ham radio.

And when I was 14, Thank you to Jim Wicks KFT-7580 ( yes a CB call ) for taking the time to teach me

basic electronics while I skipped school. you made the difference.

And my friend Al  W8PAL ..I miss our conversations on the phone discussing antennas etc.

My station currently is an Icom IC746PRO, IC-7600,  HL-2200, SB-220, mfj-989c, SA-2060A
a simple home brew horzontal dipoles up 85',

After several small strokes, I no longer am able to work, and really enjoy my CW time. It helps.

Now spending time camping in our motorhome. A nice 35' desel pusher with our 1986 CJ7 behind.
