My major interest is CW contesting and DXing. I have never had a large station at home but have been part of many multi and single-op contest operations since 1976. Some of the stations I have operated from over the years include KS8S, W8LT, W8FN, W8AV,  K8CC, K3LR, N2NU, KW8N, NQ4I and WW4LL.

From my small station in Georgia my favorite contests to operate are the NA CW Sprint , NAQP CW and ARRL SS. I am a life member of the ARRL. I'm also a member of the FOC (#1870) and CW Ops (#208)

I also love to go to the Carribean and have been part of many contest operations:

I lived in Ohio for most of my life but we relocated to Georgia in 2003. My wife Jan and our three children - Andy, Randy and Rebecca live in Ellerslie, GA , which is just north of Columbus, GA.
