N6ZE, originally licensed on 20May1963 as KN1FJM,held Special Events Callsign, K1F,19May - 22May 2013 to commomerate his 50th anniversary of becoming an amateur radio operator. Special QSL Cards available at N6ZE's home address.

N6ZE primarily operates VHF/UHF weak signal communications from DM04ne and CN87/CN88. Holds 50 & 144 MHz VUCC Awards from both DM04 & EL95. Achieved 50 MHz Worked All States (W.A.S.) on 28 May 2010 from DM04; Rig: Pro2 & 5 element M>2 @ 5 meters height. (Occasionally operates 3.5 MHz - 1296 MHz also.)

N6ZE holds WAC & DXCC awards.

N6ZE is an ARRL VUCC Field Checker & WAS/HF Awards Manager.

Holds callsign for N6R for Special Events Station operations of the Ventura Co. Amateur Radio Society (VCARS).

N6R plans to operate Field Day 2013 from the Grounds of the Ronald Reagan Presidential Library & Museum, Simi Valley, CA (DM04og). N6R operated Field Day 2012 from the Grounds of the Ronald Reagan Presidential Library & Museum, Simi Valley, CA (DM04og). VCARS was joined by Simi Settlers ARC (SSARC). This was the 12th consecutive year for "N6R" Operations from Simi Valley, CA.

During 2012, N6ZEoperated during several HF contests, as well as the Spring 2012 VHF/UHF SPRINTS, ARRL June VHF QSO Party, CQWWVHF Contest, ARRL August UHF Contest, 6 Meter Fall Sprint, ARRL Sept VHF Contest, 2 Meter Fall Sprint, 222/223 MHz Fall Sprint, Microwave Fall Sprint, & 70 Cm Fall Sprint, Fall "CQ" WWContest, ARRL Sweepstakes (Phone), 2012 ARRL 10 Meter Contest.

During 2013, N6ZE(+KJ6VZC) operated in the Limited Rover (RL) Category during the January 2013 VHF Contest; 2013 ARRL DX (Phone) Contest; Spring 2013 2 Meter Sprint, Spring 2013 222 MHz Sprint, Spring 2013 432 MHz Sprint, Spring 2013 Microwave Sprint, Spring 2013 50 MHz Sprint.
