One of the great features of ham radio is that it "takes two to QSO." In the case of my 5BWAS certificate and plaque, I simply could not have finished that feat without the help of more than 200 hams who not only worked me on those five bands, but also fulfilled "the final courtesy" of the QSL. Many thanks again to all of you who helped me with this award, which I found to be five times more difficult than DXCC. I also have 30 meter WAS - all on psk31. Please join us on 10.140! My station consists of a Yaesu FT-920 running to a ground mounted Hustler 6BTV vertical in a CC&R neighborhood. So, given enough time and effort, even a modest station can get the job done, as 6BWAS on the 6BTV demonstrates! ************************************************************ My primary interests are HF digital modes.
