From Nov, 19th 2009 (Thursday) around noon up to Nov, 23th 2009 (Monday) around 8am, Fred - PY2XB and Alex - PY2WAS will be operating from Cabras Island (IOTA SA-071) from 10 to 160m, SSB and CW.

Fred will be using call sign PW2IO. QSL via PT7WA

Alex will be using call sign PW2TA. QSL via PY2WAS

Cabras Island is a tiny island without any kind of facilities and there is no energy power. Therefore, a power generator will be used.

When the sea is furious, it is common the waves cover the island. We really do expect it will never happen with us on the top (hi!).
