It take a little time via BURO, but you will received, if your BURO in your country work good. I use ARRL buro. I am a life member of ARRL and the buro do a great job. If you send it direct please send a SASE(envelope with your address) and one NEW IRC ONLY(very important) or green one. I like direct qsl because my wife collect stamps and she(WP4COA) is a GREAT HELPER. I DON'T HAVE A MANAGER AT THIS MOMENT!! About me, I am 57 years old. I use to work for the Puerto Rico Electric Company as a Commo.Eng but now I am RETIRED!!!! Also I worked for the US Army(82 AB Div). I use to live in Bayamon PR but now live in my contest station "Mi Casita"(NP3U)in Aguas Buenas(FK68wj), about 1500ft. from sea leavel. The photo in qrz.com, is my qsl card, and is from my qth in Aguas Buenas. I like Contesting, Dxing and Dxpeditions. I am the manager for NP3U and the certificate; Work Puerto Rico Islands Awar(WPRI). My station:For HF and contest;Yaesu FT1000D,Yaesu FT1000MP Field,Icom 756ProIII,Yaesu FT900,Kenwood TS-2000.Have 5 Amplifiers. My Antennas:HF;Skyhawk(10-15-20). KLM Mono(6 el.) for 15 and 10, KLM (3 el.)for 40m, KLM(5el.) for 20m, HyGain Mono(5 el.) for 17 and 12, M2 Rotary dipole for 75/80 and Slopers and WINDOM for 160m. For 6m we use a 6el. mono. All in 11 towers. Work also 144,220,440 and satelites with Kenwood TS-2000 and Yaesu FT-756.
