ZS10WCS SPECIAL EVENT STATION TO CELEBRATE THE 2010 SOCCER WORLD CUP

From 1 September 2009 - 12 July 2010  ZS10WCS will be on the air to celebrate the 2010 Soccer World Cup being held in South Africa from 12 June till 12 July 2010.

The call sign will be operated by members of various SARL affiliated clubs. From 1 September 2009 until 31 May 2010, the station will be on the air over weekends and from 1 June until 12 July 2010 the station will be on the air 7 days a week. Frequency band selection and times will be dependant on propagation conditions. 

QSL Cards

Electronic QSL cards must be sent to wcs@sarl.org.za

All stations logged will get a special QSL card via the Buereau. To QSL direct, address the card to ZS10WCS, PO Box 1721, Strubensvallei, 1735, South Africa, and included a self-addressed envelope (DL size) and 1 IRC or US$1.
