About QRZ.COM

QRZ.COM is owned and operated by Fred Lloyd, AA7BQ and is located in Phoenix, Arizona. There is no storefront, no office building, no receptionist, and no paid staff. This low cost operating structure has enabled us to remain continuously online and free to the ham community since 1993.

Getting Help

QRZ operates on automatic pilot most of the time. We don't publish a phone number because you would probably get an answering machine anyway. We can be easily contacted, however, by email, snail mail, or FAX, 24 hours a day.

EMAIL is always the best way to contact QRZ. Our general email inbox is located at editor@qrz.com . The QRZ Editor's mailbox is staffed by volunteers so please be polite.

If you need to contact the site owner, contact Fred, AA7BQ at flloyd@qrz.com Note that Fred is usually not the best one to contact for help with passwords, logins, etc..

If you have forgotten your password or are having problems logging in, etc., please please try our automated self-help system first. Then, if you still need help, contact the editors at editor@qrz.com as they can provide much faster service than the site owner.

Always mention your CALLSIGN in every message to QRZ !

Email & SPAM

QRZ never sends out unsolicited email, and we never share your private email address with anyone, period. Still, some internet service providers occasionally flag our system emails as SPAM. If you should have received an email from the QRZ system and it didn't arrive, check your SPAM folder.

FAX

We can be reached by FAX at: +1 888-712-3568

Don't forget to mention your CALLSIGN

Postal Mail

Our postal mailing address is:

QRZ.COM
8711 E. Pinnacle Peak Road #193
Scottsdale, AZ 85255 USA

Please don't write us a letter when you could just as easily send us an email. We don't write or return postal mail at all so if you want to hear back from us then please remember to include your CALLSIGN and an EMAIL ADDRESS in your message.

Thanks for visiting QRZ.COM, and thanks for understanding that we're not a full service operation. With your kind cooperation we anticipate many more years of smooth and uninterrupted service to the amateur radio community.
