Born on 1967 I'm an OM since 1991. Active on HF and six meters. I work in the Information Technology Services since 1989.

I manage the HV5PUL station at the Pontifical Lateran University , in the Vatican City State. You can visit http://www.pul.it to get more info on the University.

I have joined also the teams from SMOM 1A4A on 2007 and 1A0C on 2012.

73 to all and good dx! Luca.

Take a look at the OQRS (Online QSL Request System) on the HV5PUL page

Important note about postal rates requested for sending a QSL from HV5PUL:

Italy, San Marino, Vatican = 0,80€

Europe = 0,95 €,

America, Africa, Asia = 2,30 €,

Australia, Oceania = 3,00 €

Consider that 2$ are NOT sufficient for America, Asia and Africa and 1$ is NOT sufficient for Europe.

1 IRC = 0,85€ at Vatican Postal Service

Please don't waste time and money sending multiple requests, simply write an email to me.

You can check if you are in the log here at  HV5PUL page and be patient!

Don't send QSL to HV5PUL via bureau: I don't use the bureau and HV doesn't have a bureau.

I'll reply in a couple of months after receiving your request.
