This past Armed Forces Day, and Memorial Day, the Central Arizona DX Association completed a very successful tribute to the late Senior Senator from Arizona, Barry M. Goldwater, K 7 U G A, and his legacy of support to Service men and women, through his many years of involvement with the Military Affiliate Radio System (MARS).  Over 5000 QSO's were made during these two weekends.  We thank you for your responses to the Special Event Operation.  Barry would have been very proud!!!
