W2NYU is our "in memoriam" callsign honoring Arnold Rand, who held it for over 50 years, until he passed away on March 7, 2009.  Although not an NYU graduate, he wanted his callsign to live on with the university.

We are currently building an NYUARC "Virtual Museum". Perhaps someday a physical station can be installed at an NYU campus. For now, we will do our best to keep alive the "virtual" NYU ARC and the club callsigns.
