Thank you for the contact,
Been licensed since 1990, I'm a former Radio officer, graduated from the Maritime Institute of Quebec in Rimouski and sailing since 1991.
Beside my ham radio license I'm in possession of a GMDSS (Global Maritime Distress and Safety System) under the Safety of Life at Sea Convention (SOLAS) 1988 and International Maritime Organization (IMO).
