I enjoy working VHF and UHF on my local repeaters, as well as the HF bands. I have an Icom IC-92AD 2m/70cm HT, and an Icom IC-2820H 2m/70cm mobile. I use both of them for local FM as well as D-Star digital voice QSO's. I use a Yeasu FT-950 for HF SSB and digital modes, with a Yaesu FL-7000 600w amp when conditions warrant.
Special thanks to W1HKJ for his FLdigi software, and his personal assistance in helping me get things setup and running.
The antennas I use are a portable TransWorld TW2010 antenna for 10m - 20m, and a B-Square Engineering terminated folded dipole for 10m -80m, but mainly just on 40m. I have to use these two antennas so as to produce a low visable profile. I have putchased a Butternut HF-9V but have not got it installed as of yet. I am hoping that the H.R. 1301 bill will make it threw the 114th Congress so I can erect the HF-9V in my backyard.
